5pm: teacher workshop: memories of home. join us as we explore the work of korean born artist do ho suh, whose move to the united states in 1991 inspired his focus on home, migration and memory. educators will take a tour of this unique exhibition filled with translucent recreations of suh’s many residences, thread imbedded drawings and blueprint like rubbings. following the tour artist calcagno cullen will present a hands-on workshop focused on creating empathy through stories of migration. the lesson combines art, language arts and social studies in an exercise that questions how we pass down the intangible. cac. free w/ reservation. rsvp: 513.345.8419 tours@contemporaryartscenter.org. >>
